In the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane. No, it's...Yes, it's a plane.

ReformballotwebbadgeThe group behind the interactive reform wiki at ReformBallot.org couldn't have picked a better day to send a plane into the skies around City Hall trailing an ad banner for their project.

"God," said Philadelphia Forward's Brett Mandel, "wants reform."

The plane should be airborne around City Hall from noon to 1 p.m.
